The 3-series coupe (E92) is expected to debut some time in 2006. The M3 variant is not expected until 2007, as a 2008 model year vehicle. It’s still unclear when the hardtop convertible (E93) will debut. Most reports suggest it will become available in 2007 as a 2008 model.

2008 M3 E92 - offer plenty of high-tech parts, including carbon-ceramic brakes and aluminum hood, trunk, and doors???

The current M3 has an all aluminum hood (bonnet). Nothing new on that part....

The concepts haven't been finalized. Tell them what you don't like, I am sure Bangle will listen. At least, he was from USA. Plus USA has been a huge part of their market.

The picture of the coupe reminds me of one of the new Alfa Romeos... GTV or something. I'm sure BMW wouldn't create a coupe that different to the sedan in terms of the light clusters. I think the second post by Stitch is probably a more accurate rendering of what they'll look like.

It looks like the taillights are just photoshopped 7-series lights.

Also, are they really using a different engineering code for each model? I don't like that. They should all be E90's.

^ Yeah I understood that to be a bit of a misnoma. BMW decided just to stick with the E90 designation I believe, which is a good idea IMHO as its getting bloody complicated with all the new models on offer.
