Hi Guys!

I'm Andrew's Father-In-Law! Andrew loves to watch me spend my money! lol

Thank goodness, because now I'm a proud owner of a 530I BMW . . . my first BMW.

Interestingly enough, I accompanied Andrew to a local Best Buy store so he could purchase a cable . . .uh . .maybe $20! (I helped)!

The next thing I knew we were at a local BMW dealership and and I purchased my first BMW . . . and yes . . (He helped!) LOL.

It was a fun day and thank goodness Andrew nudged me enough to now become a proud, happy and excited owner of a BMW. I'm still trying to figure out what "BMW" stands for. It might stand for "Back to More Work" lol

Thanks Andrew for moving me to bigger and better things. [welcome]

Awesome! That car has a great motor, silky smooth. The 5's are sweet machines, you get the best from the 3 series and the 7 series combined into such a good package.

BMW, in german, means "Bayerische Motoren Werke" or in english "Bavarian Motor Works." Easy to figure out why! There is tons to learn about the company if you're interested... and it is - in my opinion - a VERY interesting history. I think the history REALLY adds to brand pride.

Thanks, Guys! You are right . . . it is fun driving that "Ultimate Machine". I drove it to Nashville, TN this past week-end . . . sat back with cruise control on listening to my XM radio and was on top of the world. The bonus was I was getting over 30 MPG . . . and having fun at the same time.

Thanks for sharing!
