thats cool!
hate to say this, but they should have put the reflection in the right place.
Please explain. Where do you think the reflection should be? Just confused as angle testing next to a tanker would indicate the reflection is correct.

placement of the f1 car on the tanker depicts the only place to be able to see that image is if the camera were in the back seat of the x5 (you can tell because the front bumper of the x5 is ahead of the tanker). But, the background IS in the right place.

nevermind the technicalities, im just picky
(you wouldnt believe the things i pick up in movies)

they did that to bring the x5 in front of the tanker so thats where your attention is drawn to.

Picky or not. . I believe such suttel detail is important as well. Note though the front of the F1 car is chopped off in the reflection. But you can see the F1 front in the truck's gas tank. I agree though, the F1 front could be chopped off just a bit more.

i completely understand the psycology behind advertising and how it determines undesireable outcomes at times, but it just urks me.

Its like this movie i watched the other night - i went balistic.
They wanted a fly-by of a car in the desert on a lone road, middle of nowhere type of thing. But to have the car going in the proper direction and not have the other median-seperated two-lane highway in the background, they put the car on the other side of the road. THE YELLOW LINE IS ON THE WRONG SIDE, DUH!!! Bad production!
