NYC's first M5

Today I happened to spot a brand new black M5 being transported from Texas, I just had to snap pictures... too bad all I had was a camera phone.

Funny thing is initially I didn't notice it when it was to cut ahead of me at toll plaza, the M5 does look rather inconspicuous especially on that thing.

I wonder why they had to transport it with beaters, and from the window sticker the M5 is quite a gas guzzler 18mpg highway...

I would have tried to take one of the front end side but that bridge is so narrow I'm surprised I was willing to ride so close to that transport truck. The interesting thing is had he hit the brakes hard I would have rearended that M5 in transport had I been behind him and to think it was like that all the way from texas... What a way to transport an 80k+ car huh? Must have been saving on shipping.

Finally!! Another 5 that gets worse gas mileage than mine. All it took was a 500+hp V10.
